By: Lorna Callender, SKNVibes

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts -  Six talented young teens will be vying for the first ‘Miss Charles E. Mills Secondary School’,  (the first since the school has been renamed) at the CEMSS on Saturday night, December 3rd .

Already there is much anticipation and speculation as to who will emerge winner since each contestant has her own special area of excellence.

Each contestant must showcase her skills in an introductory speech, through a talented performance, in prom wear and by way of an interview.

The organisers hope that this Show will contribute to making a better Sandy Point for Sandy Pointers and have chosen a powerful theme – “Raising the Standard of Society Through the Empowerment of Young Women”.

It will be more than interesting to see how these young ladies will portray the values with which they have been named - Ms Discipline, Ms Responsibility, Ms Confidence, Ms Integrity, Ms Humility and Ms Tolerance.

Well, patrons will not have long to wait for the Show is this Saturday night at 8 p.m.

Make it a family affair for the aim of the show is to depict VALUES, and we can’t have too many of those.
