Prince & Princess Scholarship Pageant participants treated in grand style

    Ready to showcase their skills this Saturday

     


    BASSETERRE St. Kitts, December 6th 2011
    - The twenty (20) participants of the Prince & Princess Scholarship Pageant were treated to an enchanting evening of Cocktails & Dinner on Friday December 2nd  by the highly acclaimed Lionel ‘Chef’ Peetes of Chef’s Garden in the TDC Mall.  Also in attendance were the hard working school representatives who are spearheading the preparations of the contestants as well as members of the pageant planning committee.  It was truly a lovely evening of positive energy and great interaction between the youngsters while enjoying a sumptuous meal.

     

    A spokesperson for the Pageant expressed thanks to Chef for his outpouring of love and support for the youngsters then invited him as one of the special guests for this Saturday’s pageant. Words of gratitude were also expressed to the following corporate entities who have pledged their unyielding support to the Pageant: Sun Island Clothes, The National Carnival Committee, LIME, Fourd Abourizk, Ashburry’s, O.D Brisbane, The Craft House, TDC, Plush Accessories, Carib Brewery, Premier Planners, The Craft House, Chef’s Garden, Sensational, Harpers, Caribelle Batik, S. L Horsfords, Builders Paradise, S L Stage Lighting, Rams Duty Free, St. Kitts Credit Union and Laws Bookstore.

     

    The Prince & Princess Scholarship Pageant will feature four (4) segments: Parade of Schools, School’s Promotional Speech, Performing Talent and Youthful Formal Wear.
     
    The participating schools will appear in this order:

    2. DR WILLIAM CONNOR PRIMARY – Tajorah Stapleton & Toshiorna Millington
    3. DIEPPE BAY PRIMARY – Latrelle Maynard & Chauntia Thomas
    4. ST PAUL’S PRIMARY – Shemar Douglas & Tessalyna Norford
    5. DEANE-GLASFORD PRIMARY – Adrian Tobias & Celina Gumbs
    6. IRISH TOWN PRIMARY – Jarrel Yearwood & Kyana Peets
    7. ESTRIDGE PRIMARY – Trevon Alexander & Julia-Ann Wigley
    8. CAYON PRIMARY – Devion Hodge & Rochelle Hamilton
    9. TYRELL WILLIMS PRIMARY – Michael Sutton & Ceondra Edwards
    10. SADDLERS PRIMARY – Shakeem Daniel & Davincia Brandy


     

     

     

    A prompt 5 p.m. start is promised on Saturday December 10th and one can expect exceptional performances from all of the competitors and guest artistes.
