BASSETERRE St.Kitts, December 12th 2011 - Fifteen years ago on November 28th- I made my grand entrance into this world when Trevor and Vanessa Phipps welcomed their first baby girl. Now, I am an ambitious Kittitian young lady bubbling with the desire to make a lasting positive impact on this world.
The Immaculate Conception Catholic School is the institution where I am currently gaining my secondary education, pursing ten courses of which Biology and Chemistry are of my favorites. Upon graduation, it is my unwavering wish to pursue studies that will lead me to my dream of becoming a renowned psychiatrist.
Outside of academics, I am the Head Cheerleader of the school’s team and the Junior Achievement Human and Resources Manager.
My hobbies glitter my life, as I am a seven (7) year dancer with the renowned Children’s Dance Theatre, a singer, avid reader and a performing arts enthusiast. Engaging in such activities aid in developing me into a multi-faceted individual since I am diligently working each day to refine my skills and talents.
My values are guided by my personal motto: “Falling down does not make you a failure, staying down does!” I believe that this life-impacting quotation has contributed to my success in academics and pageantry. I take great pride in representing St. Kitts at a regional level and it my greatest aspiration to serve as a role model beyond pageantry for the young ladies of the Caribbean and continually, utilizing the art of pageantry as an avenue for positive self-expression.
