BASSETERRE St. Kitts, December 15th 2011 – The St. Kitts Electricity Company Limited (SKELEC) has announced that a transformer upgrade for its customers of the CLICO Housing Development in the St. Peters, is scheduled to take place on Monday December 19th.
According to Chief Technical Officer John Krupski, “The transformer upgrade to the CLICO Housing Development in St. Peters will cause a 7.5-hour electricity outage in that area between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm on Monday, December 19th.”
The St. Kitts Electricity Company Limited regrets any inconvenience, which these interruptions in electricity supply may cause. It is important for all consumers to note that not-withstanding this notice supply may be restored at any time without prior warning.
