    Adult and juvenile females on six-month bond

    ~~Adz:Left~~BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS - A female adult and a female juvenile were placed on bonds last Friday for the roles they played in an act of “disorderly conduct by fighting” which was committed on Thursday, April 24, 2008.
     
    Lynette Pemberton of Mad House Alley and the 17-year-old, who is from Fort Thomas Road, made an appearance before the District “A” Magistrate’s Court on the said charge and were both convicted.
     
    According to a police press release, both were placed on a six-month-$2 500 bond and, if broken, a 14 day custodial sentence would be imposed.
     
    In addition, the juvenile was ordered to seek employment and observe a 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. curfew during which time she must be found at her father’s place of abode.
