BASSETERRE St.Kitts, December 21st, 2011-- The Organization of American States (OAS) has announced the opening of its application process for the 2013/2014 academic year for applicants who wish to pursue studies at the graduate and undergraduate levels.

Applications must be made online and all applicants are required to visit the site using the following links:
 Graduate http://www.oas.org/en/scholarships/regular_program.asp
Undergraduate   http://www.oas.org/en/scholarships/specaf.asp

Applicants have until March 15, 2012 to complete their application forms and to gather all the other requisite information to be submitted to the OAS, via online, in the first instance.

All applicants are required to provide 3 copies of their completed applications (including all attachments) to the Department of Human Resource Management, Government Headquarters, Church Street, Basseterre, St. Kitts.
