~~Adz:Left~~BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - THE cliché “safety of home” was shattered and proven wrong on Saturday, last, when a group of men forcibly entered an Ogee’s Ghaut resident’s home and robbed him of an undisclosed sum of money.

SKNVibes understands that at about 10:45 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, the man, who opted to remain anonymous, was at his home when a number of individuals [in excess of two] illegally entered his home.

Reports suggest that after entry to the man’s home the villains tied him up and stole a substantial sum of money from him.

Unconfirmed reports suggest that the individuals went as far as to beat the man, which resulted in him sustaining an injury to his head.

SKNVibes further understands that after the villains left the man’s residence, he managed to free himself and reported the incident to the police.

This media house confirmed that the incident was reported and investigations are being made into the matter.
