According to Luton News Herald & Post, International carnival artist Colin Spalding is heading to Hong Kong on Friday at the invitation of the Hong Kong Tourism Board.

The Rampage Mas Band leader was approached to take part in the 2012 Cathay Pacific International Chinese New Year night parade from January 23 - 25.

A team of 25 will be flying out with him on Friday to attend the prestigious event.
