By: Lorna Callender, SKNVibes.com

BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – ANTOINE ADAMS did it again in Tartu, Estonia! He dominated the 60 m and claimed gold with his lifetime best of 6.66 seconds.

It was just last weekend at the Botnia Games in Vaasa, Finland, which feature the champions in European Athletics, that our own Antoine Adams won two gold medals.

He went on to win gold again in Tartu, Estonia improving his 6.68 seconds win to 6.66 seconds. All eyes are now on Adams as he is turning out to be a formidable competitor in world championships.

Tameka Williams is also improving on her personal best. In the preliminaries in Estonia, she ran 7.30 sec in the 60 m which is a personal best for her and qualified her for the World Indoors.
In the finals she placed second with 7.32 secs.

Readers will recall that last weekend Tameka Williams won the 60 m finals at The Tempere Indoors in Finland.  She is said to have run a personal best time of 7.37 seconds so her improvement in Estonia of 7.30 s is to be highly commended.

SKNVibes sends heartiest congratulations to our athletes and wish them continued success in every encounter.
