    (a) the Officers and Management Committee agree to cede to the Interim Committee all powers given to them by the Constitution of SKCA so that the Interim Committee may assume full responsibility for and control of the affairs of SKCA.

    (b) another General Meeting of SKCA will be held soonest to approve that agreement.

    (c) the Interim Committee shall remain in office until the biennial general meeting in November 2012.
