KINGSTOWN St.Vincent, February 17th, 2012 -- St. Vincent and the Grenadines’ Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Camillo Gonsalves, has been meeting with Government officials from the Republic of China on Taiwan, to discuss relations between both countries.
Ambassador Gonsalves says the discussions also focused on work on the international airport project and other bilateral matters.
He says it was agreed that both countries would explore new areas of co-operation in several sectors.
Ambassador Gonsalves says he paid a similar visit to Australia where several issues were discussed, including university scholarships for Vincentians.
