BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, February 22nd, 2012 - Telecommunications provider LIME is offering customers with inactive LIME phones $10 in bonus credit to re-activate them. Customers willing to take up the offer may simply text the word “alive” to 145 using the phone that they will like to re-activate.
A return text message indicating that the SIM card/chip is active and has been credited with $10 would be confirmation that the number is successfully registered on the network. In an interview on the LIME-produced Telecomms Talk on Tuesday night to explain the offer, Marketing Manager, Darien Belle, pointed out that the bonus credit can be used to call any local LIME number – be it mobile or fixed line and has a 14 day expiration.
“The added bonus about this offer is that if the customer tops up any amount between $5 and $200 over the next fourteen days following the re-activation, he will automatically receive 100% bonus credit of the value,” Mr Belle informed.
“This is a great incentive for any customer with an inactive phone to come back on board. Additionally, our network has also been recently upgraded to edge and our customers are now enjoying significantly increased data speeds and improved voice quality calls,” he enticed.
