Ground breaking ceremony for St. Paul’s Day Care Centre Monday afternoon

    BASSETERRE, St.Kitts, March 5th,  2012 (CUOPM) – Residents of St. Paul’s will witness the groundbreaking for their new Day Care Centre on Monday afternoon.
     
    The ceremony next to the St. Paul’s Primary School begins at three ‘o’ clock and will be chaired by Mrs. Mrs. Ionie Liburd Willett,       Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Education.
     
    Following the signing of the National Anthems of St. Kitts and Nevis and the Republic of China (Taiwan) and the invocation by Rev Peter Paul, remarks will be made by the Hon. Nigel Carty, Minister of Education.
     
    After entertainment by the St. Paul’s Primary School, His Excellency Ambassador Miguel Li-Jey Tsao of the Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) will deliver remarks.
     
    The Rt. Hon Dr. Denzil L Douglas, Prime Minister and Parliamentary Representative for Constituency #6 (Newton Ground to Harris’) will deliver the Feature Address.
     
    Mrs. Jacqueline Morris, Coordinator of the Early Childhood Unit, will give the Vote of Thanks, following which there will be entertainment by Zack’s International Youth String Band
     
    The breaking of the ground for the construction of the St. Paul’s Day Care Center will be done by the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister, Minister Carty and Ambassador Tsao.
