Notice to Broadband Customers

Cable & Wireless wishes to apologise to those customers in the Basseterre and surrounding areas who have been experiencing problems with their Broadband service during the past few days.  The problem has been isolated to a faulty piece of equipment that will be replaced over the next 48 hours. 

Cable & Wireless wishes to thank those customers affected, for their patience and understanding as our technical team works expeditiously to resolve the problem.

Any customer still experiencing problems with their Broadband service beyond Friday June 6th 2008 are urged to report their problem immediately using our 611 toll free service.

Cable and Wireless wishes to assure its valued customers that we are committed to providing the highest quality service and regrets the technical issue encountered.
