CHARLESTOWN, Nevis – PRE-SCHOOLERS in Nevis turned out in their cultural wear to celebrate the 25th birth anniversary of St. Kitts and Nevis, as part of the many activities planned to mark Child Month.
The children danced and sang to the music played by bands and Disc Jockeys, as they marched from the Nevis Cultural Centre to Grove Park displaying placards, flags and other items that expressed the beauty of the nation.
Premier Joseph Parry led his ministers, education officials, parents, teachers and well-wishers to encourage the children.
Today’s march was characterised by messages that should encourage the children to face the future courageously.
SKNVibes captured the march in pictures.
