(Basseterre, St. Kitts) - ONLY a matter of days after the Rams delivery bus was robbed in the Tabernacle area, police are again investigating another company truck hold up and robbery.

The incident occurred this morning sometime after 9 when information reaching SKNVibes.com indicated that a St. Kitts Bottling Company delivery truck had been robbed by some persons while in the Lower Westbourne Ghaut area.

Although police officials have not released details of the incident, SKNVibes.com understands that the vehicle was robbed by masked gunmen dressed in black who made their escape through a nearby alley.

It was not said exactly how many persons were involved but SKNVibes.com understands that the thieves made off with an undisclosed sum of money. ~~Adz:Right~~

A source also indicated to this media house that the driver of the truck was taken to the J.N. France hospital and although he is not physically hurt, he was ‘traumatized’ by the brazen heist.

An official for the St. Kitts Bottling Company was quoted as saying that the company would no doubt be looking at how they can improve the security of staff working on the delivery trucks.
