St. John's Antigua, April 3rd, 2012 -- Antigua and Barbuda Nurses Association is set to launch the 2012 Nurses Week.
According to Vice President of the Association Nurse Karen Josiah, the Association has been in existence for well over 50 years.
Josiah says the Association seeks to look about the socio and economic needs of its nurses and is also concerned with the professional and ethical behavior of the nurses.
The list of activities will include a: Church service, Student Nurses Day, Nurses Debate, cultural Pageant and Nurses Luncheon.
The theme for Nurses Week 2012 is “Nurses Advocating, Leading, Caring” and runs from May 6th to 12th 2012 at the Nurses Headquarters on Queen Elizabeth Highway.
