BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – FROM a field of 60-plus entrants, Carl Lake – employee of the Food Centre – was the lucky winner of Fast Cash’s Easter Promotion.
The promotion ran from March 1 to March 31 where persons who signed up for payday advances during that period had their names entered for a chance to win a trip to the nearest OECS territory with a Fast Cash branch.
The names were placed into coloured Easter Eggs and into a box, and from that box Fast Cash customer Mario Gumbs removed a yellow egg containing Carl Lake’s name. The draw was supervised by Sabyne Wilson, Supervisor of the St. Kitts Fast Cash Branch.
Following the draw, Lake was contacted and from all accounts he was elated about his win and later collected his prize from the Fast Cash office.
According to Wilson, Lake’s name was pulled from a lot of 63 and has won himself a trip to Antigua, to be redeemed over the upcoming Easter Weekend.
In an interview with SKNVibes, Lake said he is happy to have won and is also pleased that the institution is giving back to its customers.
“I am eternally grateful to Fast Cash. It is good to know that you could borrow something from a financial lending institution and get something back. The staff there is very friendly and I am happy to do business with them…”
The previous promotion held by Fast Cash was in February where $500 was given away to a lucky customer for back to school shopping. The winner of that promotion and also the winner of the recently-concluded promotion are both customers of Chenelle Heyliger, one of the institution’s employees
Supervisor Wilson expressed thanks to those who have supported Fast Cash and indicated that she appreciates the fact that the company gives back to its customers, who can look forward to future promotions.
“Thanks to all those who have been using our services and to those who have assisted in promoting Fast Cash…The one thing I like about the company is that they always try to give back something every month; and in April we will be having a Mother’s Day promotion… Also our one-year anniversary is coming up in May, so we are going to be having something.”
