Ocean's Edge resort: management and owners clean up Cable Bay Beach

Press Release

BASSETERRE St. Kitts, April 10th, 2012  --  With the recent invasion of seaweed in the Caribbean, the large amounts being deposited onto Cable Bay Beach, has deterred many from enjoying the beach.

On Sunday April 1, 2012, members of Ocean’s Edge Resort’s Management team and Owners of condominium units and villas at the luxury development, along with volunteers, cleaned up the beach.

Tons of the seaweed was raked and disposed of and a vast amount of garbage was collected and removed from the beach. Despite the hard work and the heat, it was a fun day and all involved were pleased with the end result.

The team at Ocean’s Edge Resort will continue to do their part in helping to keep the Cable Bay Beach clean and safe.
