KINGSTOWN St.Vincent, April 19th,  2012   --  The Carnival Development Corporation (CDC) has promised an exciting launch for Vincy Mas 2012 on Saturday May 5th in Kingstown.

Speaking during a news conference this morning Coordinator of the Shows Committee Anthony Dennie said plans are well underway for the launch which will take place at the Solidarity Inc. Car Park.

He said patrons can look forward to another good production for this year’s Carnival.

Mr. Dennie said the Whistle Stops on the Windward and Leeward sides of the island will form part of this year’s launch.

He said more emphasis will be placed on security this year. Vincy Carnival will be held from June 29th to July 10th.
