CHARLESTOWN, Nevis – AFTER four year years of investigation, officers of the Nevis Division of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force have finally arrested and charged a man with the murder of Leon ‘G-man’ Westerman, who was also known as ‘Gravo’.

Charged with Westerman’s murder is Craig Halliday of Fort Thomas Road, Basseterre, St. Kitts.

No word was received by this publication from the police concerning this arrest, such as when it occurred and what led to the solvability of this heinous crime.

However, information reaching SKNVibes states that the arrest was made sometime last week.

Westerman was the first of 23 murder victims for 2008.

Sometime between 10:00 and 11:00 p.m. on January 28, 2008, Westerman was shot on Low Street, Charlestown in the vicinity of the Spanish Bar.
