Premier Smith and Minister Bellingham are expected to sign the Protocols on Effective Financial Management. on April 23 at 12:15 p.m. for live coverage of a joint press conference with Premier and Minister of Finance Dr. the Honourable D. Orlando Smith, OBE and Minister for the Overseas Territories Henry Bellingham, MP.

Mr. Bellingham is on his first visit to the British Virgin Islands (BVI). This visit will reinforce the relationship between the BVI and the United Kingdom (UK) and the close ties between the two governments.

Premier Smith looks forward to the upcoming discussions with Minister Bellingham’s on ways the two governments can further strengthen their partnership.
