BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – THE first ever Carambola White Sands Swimsuit Competition will be held at Carambola Beach Club on South Friars Beach, as part of the Music Festival Cool Down Event this Sunday July 1 at 1:00 p.m.
A total of six contestants are competing and today we feature the first contestant, 18-year-old Mika Greaux of Flair Model Agency.
She resides at Camps and enjoys sketching as a hobby.
What motivated you to enter the competition?
Recently I’ve got a boost of courage to do more things for myself and enjoy myself more, so I thought this would be a good opportunity.
Where do you see yourself in the next 10 years?
Probably being a designer
Who do you admire and why?
My parents-They are strong and also my grandmother who helped raised me.
Which Music Festival artiste are you most looking forward to?
Popcaan! I just love dancehall
Where is your favorite spot in St. Kitts?
I like the rainforest and also the beaches. I’m a nature person.
What are you up to currently?
Right now I’m a Music Festival Girl, finished with college and looking for a job.
What issue affects your country are you passionate about?
All of them, teenage pregnancy… the crime rate is ridiculous I really don’t see the point of all this crime and gang violence.

I’m an Anime freak.
