ST. JOHN’S, Antigua, July 02nd, 2012 – LIAT wishes to advise that it is forced to temporarily suspend flights to and from St. Vincent due to the fire tenders at the E.T. Joshua Airport being unserviceable.
LI 755 and LI 726 which were already on their way to St. Vincent were forced to overfly the airport earlier today.
A further update will be provided at 7:00pm when we expect to get a status report on the fire tenders from the authorities in St. Vincent.
