    BASSETERRE St. Kitts, July 12th, 2012  --  The Ministry of Health in collaboration with UNAIDS and PANCAP has launched a Human Rights Campaign in St Kitts and Nevis under the theme “Making St Kitts-Nevis Better: Equality for ALL”.  

     


    The general public is invited to community consultations at town hall meetings in the following community centers:


    1. Cayon Community Center on Monday 16th July at 7pm – for the communities of Keys, Cayon, Ottleys, Lodge and Molineux.
     
    2. Old Road Community Center on Tuesday 17th July at 7pm – for the communities of Challengers, Old Road, Verchilds, Middle Island and Half Way Tree.
     
    3. St Peter’s Community Center on Wednesday 18th July at 7pm – for the communities of St Peter’s, Shadwell and Conaree.
     
    4. McKnight Community Center on Thursday 19th July at 8pm – for the communities of McKnight and the Village area.
     
    5. Tabernacle (venue to be announced) on Friday 20th July at 7pm – for the communities of Tabernacle and Saddlers.

    There will be an exciting presentation and general discussion on human rights issues in our country. Come hear how you can protect your rights to health care, education and employment.  Attractive giveaways will be available for all participants.  Please make a special effort to attend.
