Ground Breaking Ceremony for Sunset Ridge Project

CHARLESTOWN, Nevis - THE Premier of Nevis, the Hon. Joseph Parry, government ministers, high ranking personalities in various sectors on Nevis will be attending the LiveNevis Development Ltd’s Sunset Ridge Project scheduled to be officially launched at a Ground Breaking Ceremony to be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 22 at Sunset Ridge, Clifton Estate, Cades Bay.
According to a press statement released from the LiveNevis local office, the company’s UK Directors and local representatives would also be present at the ceremony. The roads around Sunset Ridge have been cut in preparation construction and local contractors have already started working on the site.
A local woodworking company was selected by LiveNevis Developments to handcraft windows, doors and kitchens for the Sunset Ridge Project. The company has paid special attention to creating products that reflect the traditional crafts found on Nevis, which is expected to created sustainable business for local craftsmen.

The Ministry of Finance has granted approval for LiveNevis Developments Ltd’s Sunset Ridge Project to be incorporated into the St. Kitts and Nevis Economic Citizenship Programme.
The LiveNevis Developments is already involved in community services on the island and was one of the sponsors for the 20/20 Cricket Tournament on Nevis.
Further, Construction Director Paul Jarvis and Sales and Marketing Executive Sam Kearns presented Lea Parris, founder of Pink Lily Breast Care Nevis, with a cheque at the charity’s launch.
