CHARLESTOWN, Nevis – FOLLOWING this morning’s (AUG. 27) upholding by the Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal of the judgment of Justice Lionel Jones in the Nevis Election Petition case, Hensley Daniel has tendered his resignation as Deputy Premier and Minister of the Nevis Reformation Party-led Nevis Island Administration.
