BVIEC Awards Fuel Supply Contact to Delta Petroleum

    BASSETERRE St. Kitts, September 26th 2012 - Delta Petroleum (Caribbean) Limited is pleased to announce the that the company has been awarded a contract with the British Virgin Islands Electricity Corporation’s for the supply of fuel for the territory’s power plant and fleet of vehicles.
     
    The contract value has an estimated value of US$75 million dollars and will begin September 1, 2012 until August 31, 2014.  Delta Petroleum has successfully won the contract for the fourth consecutive time in spite of the very competitive bidding process.

     

    Delta Petroleum is confident that during these economically challenging times, the company’s commitment to providing a competitive price and quality products and services positioned the companyto secure the contract.
