Of 45 reviews on TripAdvisor.com, 41 deemed the service an excellent one making way for Kittitian Taxi and Tours to receive five star ratings for providing exceptional services to their passengers.

The letter also placed them among the very best, stating that with receiving a rating of 5.0, they have earned a coveted spot.
One visitor dubbed Kittitian taxi and Tours Inc. as a "first class transportation service", expressing their pleasure for the excellent service they received while visiting St. Kitts.
"We travelled to St. Kitts & Nevis in August of this year. It was our first trip to these AMAZING Islands. I contacted Kittitian Taxi via email to set up transportation to our hotel. On hitting send on the online inquiry I immediately received an email confirmation and a few minutes later I received a phone call to confirm my inquiry. AMAZING!!!!
"We decided to take up Kittitian Taxi and Tours on their “Bundle Package” – round trip airport / hotel service and a day trip around the island. We were met at the Airport by Akimba, one of the owner operators of ‘Kittitian’. Extremely friendly and accommodating, he made us feel welcome immediately.
"We did the Island tour with Akimba who did everything to make us feel comfortable. We requested some unplanned stops (shopping downtown, a local lunch) and Akimba was super accommodating. It was pouring that day but Akimba was ready with oversized umbrellas and was extremely patient with us. We made stops at the Fort and Caribelle Batik. Fantastic places and MUST DO on any St Kitts vacation.
"Akimba was amazing with his knowledge of the island and made frequent detours to share with us the amazing views and scenes of the island.

"We booked a tour with Kittitian Taxi and Tours for our day on St. Kitts. We were all (6 of us) very pleased with the air-conditioned, very comfortable van. Earl was our driver and he did a fantastic job. We kinda customized our tour so we could see as much of the island as we could and still get back to our cruise ship on time.
"Earl not only shared his vast knowledge of this beautiful island with us but he was also extremely kind. He took us to all the great spots and the island beer and rum punch he shared with us was delicious. Also, Akimba was originally going to be our guide but was unable to at the last minute.
"While we were at Shipwreck Beach (and I was getting the best massage of my life, right on the beach, by one of the ladies there) Akimba found our group so he could apologize and make sure we were enjoying our tour and visit to St Kitts (above and beyond professional I would say). I assured him that we were all very pleased with Earl and not to worry.
"Earl took care of us the whole day and at lunch at Shipwreck Beach he made sure we had everything we wanted immediately. We had the best service and the food and drinks were amazing.
