Early morning shooting in Saddlers Village

~~Adz:Left~~BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – ALTHOUGH one person was taken into custody in relation to the most recent reported shooting incident, charges have yet to be laid.
Reports reaching SKNVibes are that on Sunday at about 1:25 in the morning, a police unit responded to a report of the sound of gunshots in Saddlers Village. This media house understands that the house was being occupied at the time of the incident but no one was injured.
A police press release informs that when the unit arrived, it conducted investigations and found that there were three bullet holes “in two windows on the premises of Kevena Richardson”.
The press release further informs that the crime scene was “processed” and “several pieces of evidence were recovered. Other evidence found include “one white sheet containing a black mask, two long black pants, two black shirts and two black hoodies”. These items, according to the police, were found “in an abandoned vehicle close to the premises and were taken into custody”.
On the same day, one suspect was arrested and was said to be assisting with investigations. To date, no one has been charged but investigations are ongoing.
