BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – Customers of the First Caribbean Bank (St. Kitts) were today (Sept. 18) rewarded for their continued patronage of the financial institution as the company hosted its Customer Appreciation Day.
Customers were greeted by staff members dressed in national wear and were treated to light refreshments as they transacted their usual banking.
Head of Corporate Banking and Country Manager Robert Judd told SKNVibes that the Customer Appreciation Day ties in well with the 25th Independence Celebrations as an ideal way of showing appreciation to the people of St. Kitts-Nevis.
He added that by being present in the country providing the populace with various banking services, they have had the opportunity to witness the development in the country.
“I believe at First Caribbean, we all try our best all of the time to make sure the customer comes first; we may not achieve it all the time, but it is the first priority. We try to provide a different avenue for bankers to do their business via banking halls, Automated Banking Machines and our full list of internet banking services. ~~Adz:Right~~
“First Caribbean St. Kitts and Nevis branches are rated amongst the top branches across the Caribbean in relation to customer service. We have had a lot of loyal customers and today is the time to show them how much they are appreciated,” Judd stated.
Kanje Rawlins, Customer Service Officer, boasted of the high quality of customer service provided at the bank and declared that there are not many complaints received. She further stated that the bank has always had a very close relationship with its customers and encouraged others to start banking at First Caribbean as it “a very good experience, where we [employees and customers] are like a close family”.
One seemingly satisfied customer said “I’ve been banking here for a long time, and the service here is just great. I’m not leaving this bank at all!”
The Country Manager promised that, for the future, the focus would be placed on making the services more available and allowing easy access to monitor one’s banking.
