BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – AFTER a successful banquet and the launch of new services, The Cable scheduled Customer Appreciation Day for September 18, in continued celebration of its 25th Anniversary.
The company’s main office was filled with a festive mood as customers won many prizes from the lucky dip and raffle including one month of free service, discount on bills, dinner for two, shirts, mugs, pens and sparkling ciders.
The Cable, as a part of its celebrations, started a promotion where first time customers signing up for internet would receive a free modem, free installation and a chance to win a Nintendo Wii, while all its new and
current customers get a chance to win a 32” LCD HD TV and Home Theatre System.
Administrative Manager, Judith Hewlett, in speaking to SKNVibes, said that the day was simply to acknowledge customers and show appreciation to them for their business and support over the past 25 years of the company’s existence. She underscored that there has been great support from the government as it is the largest shareholder in the company.
“Our customers are important to our continued operation and we just want them to feel that way. In fact, it makes me extremely proud that after 25 years of service, the general public on both St. Kitts and Nevis is still supporting us.
“Here, at the Cable, we provide first class customer service and we have gotten a lot of customers because of that.
We would like to thank them and let them know that we will always be looking out for them. We hope our services offered both in the past and present will allow them [our clients] to continue supporting us as we hope to provide quality service.”
The Cable official extended wishes of thanks to all its customers for their loyalty to the company and promised that The Cable would strive to advance in technology and provide an improved standard of customer service. ~~Adz:Right~~
