PM Douglas to meet with nationals in Brooklyn on Saturday

BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, SEPTEMBER 23RD 2008 (CUOPM) – Nationals residing in New York will get an opportunity to meet with Prime Minister Hon. Dr. Denzil L. Douglas later this week.
Prime Minister Douglas will use the opportunity of his attendance at the 63rd United Nations General Assembly to update nationals on developments in the twin-island Federation.
Dr. Douglas meets with nationals on Saturday 27th September from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at the Beulah Church of the Nazarene at 1250 St. John’s Place (Corner of Troy Ave and John’s Place) in Brooklyn.
St. Kitts and Nevis’ Permanent Representative to the United Nations, His Excellency Delano Bart in an invitation encouraged nationals to attend the meeting “as we continue to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Independence and 25 years as a Member of the United Nations.”
