Cable & Wireless Notice re: Arrangements for Nevis Shareholders for AGM

Cable and Wireless wishes to notify its shareholders on Nevis that a Video Conference of its Annual General Meeting  will be broadcast at the conference room of its Ramsbury Office, from 5 pm on Friday 26th September 2008.

Shareholders opting to join the meeting in Nevis are asked to note that they will be required to identify themselves to gain admission to the room.   Kindly note that refreshments will be provided after the meeting.

Meanwhile shareholders wishing to travel to St. Kitts for the AGM are asked to note that the Carib Breeze leaves Nevis at 3:30pm on Friday 26th September and St. Kitts at 9pm.  Ground transportation will be available from the Ferry Terminal by Sonnet’s Taxi Service.
