    Shot and killed behind bars in Curacao

    ~~Adz:Right~~ WILLEMSTAD, Curacao – AN inmate of the Bon Futuro Prison was on September 23, found dead in the vocational building of the correctional facility.

     

    According to the Daily Herald, Cornelius Walker, 39, originally of St. Maarten, had dropped to the ground after having suffered five bullets to the body. The murder weapon, a revolver .38, was placed on the chest of the lifeless body, and no other piece of evidence was retrieved from the scene of the crime.

     

    Walker had been previously sentenced to life imprisonment for “various robberies and killings in Curacao”. 

    Although the authorities have been making further investigations into the matter, no one has yet been identified as the perpetrator of what is being called an “obvious assassination”.
