Grenadians to benefit from training in India

    ST. GEORGE’S, GRENADA, JANUARY 3rd, 2013  --  As part of the continuing corporation between the Government of Grenada and India, Grenada will benefit from three training courses to be conducted during the first quarter of 2013.

     

    Two police officers will each attend a course in IT in Law Enforcement and Advance Fingerprinting and Computers from January 7th to March 29th 2013 in India while the Department of Labour will benefit from a Training and Development Programme entitled “Development of Employment Policy for Sustainable Economic Development and Improvement in Workers Welfare”, from January 16th to February 2nd 2013.

     

    “The priority for my administration is the development of our Human Resource. We continue to work with international partners and friendly governments to secure opportunities for our people to fulfill their potential and improve the quality of service to our people,” Prime Minister Tillman Thomas said Thursday.

     

    He expressed his government’s appreciation to the Government of India for its continued support.
