Alfred Heyliger of Upper Shaw Avenue was formally charged for the offences of Battery on Police and Resisting Arrest, which were committed on 3rd January 2013.
Micheal Grant of Church Ground was formally charged for the offence of Wounding, which was committed on 1st January 2013 at Pinneys Beach.
Vernel Francis of Jessups Village, Nevis was formally charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 3rd January 2013 at Barnes Ghaut.
Jamarie Sutton of Hermitage Village, Cayon was formally charged for the offences of Battery on Police; (2) charges, Indecent Language, Threatening Language; (3) charges , Assault, Armed With Offensive Weapon and Resisting Arrest; (2) charges, which were committed on 29th December 2012 at Cayon.
Jason Morton of Hermitage Village was formally charged for the offence of Threatening Language, which was committed on 27th December 2012.
Denzil Challengers of Old Road was formally charged for the offence of Threatening Language, which was committed on 27th December 2012 and 29th December 2012.
Talvert Locker of Dieppe Bay was formally charged for the offences of Assault and Carrying Abroad An Offensive Weapon, which were committed on 30th December 2012.
Junie Carty of West Street, Basseterre was formally charged for the offence of Wounding, which was committed on 29th December 2012.
Vanston Blackmore of Hermitage Village, Cayon was formally charged for the offence of Wounding, which was committed on 29th December 2012.
Fitzroy Wilkinson of Cotton Ground was formally charged for the offences of Cultivation of cannabis and Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 5/1/2013 at Cotton Ground.
Dexter Huggins of Buckley’s was formally charged for the offences of Larceny, which was committed on 2/1/13, and Burglary, which was committed on 25/11/12.
COURT CONVICTIONS
Sylpastra Bradshaw of Phillips Village was convicted for Careless Driving, which was committed on 30th March 2012, and fined $500.00 which is to be paid in one month or in default will be sentenced to one week in prison.
Catherine Bradshaw of Phillips Village was convicted for Careless Driving, which was committed on 30th March 2012, and fined $150.00 which is to be paid in three weeks or in default will serve one week in prison.
Paul Huggins of Challengers was convicted for Parking In A No Parking Area, which was committed on 17th March 2012, and fined $750.00 forthwith or in default will serve one week in prison.
Everton Dolphin of Lodge Project was convicted for Driving While using a Cell Phone, which was committed on 24th March 2012, and fined $200.00 which is to be paid in one week or in default will serve one week in prison.
Wycliffe Carty of Challengers was convicted for Driving Without Due Care, and Failing to Report An Accident, which were committed on 21st July 2012. For Driving Without Due Care and Attention, he was fined $300.00 and for Failing to Report An Accident, he was fined $100.00, which are to be paid in three weeks or in default will serve fourteen days in prison for each offence.
Shyon Furgus of Lodge Estate was convicted for Driving Unlicensed Vehicle, which was committed on 18th August 2012, and fined $150.00 which is to be paid in one week or in default will serve one week in prison.
Kervin Freeman of Garden Housing Project was convicted for Driving Without Due Care and Attention, and Failing to Report An Accident, which were committed on 24th June 2012. For Driving Without Due Care and Attention, he was fined $350.00 and for Failing to Report An Accident, he was fined $100.00, which are to be paid in three weeks or in default will serve fourteen days in prison for each offence.
Tamasha Sutton of Buckleys was convicted for Driving Without Due Care and Attention, which was committed on 27th July 2012, and fined $300.00 which is to be paid in two weeks or in default will serve one week in prison.
Angno Connor of New Guinea was convicted for Driving Without Due Care and Attention, which was committed on 11th November 2012, and fined $350.00 which is to be paid in two weeks or in default will serve fourteen days in prison.
Nigel Weekes of Phillips Village was convicted for Driving With Defective Tyre, which was committed on 6th August 2012, and fined $150.00 which is to be paid before February 2013.
