BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – SKNVibes has confirmed that Deputy Prime Minister in the Labour Administration, the Honourable Sam T. Condor, was, with immediate effect, stripped of his portfolio as Leader of Government Business in the Federal Parliament.

SKNVibes caught wind of this development earlier today (Jan. 9) and Deputy Prime Minister Condor, speaking exclusively with this media house, confirmed that he was informed of the change last evening.

“I was informed by word of mouth first and then by email later on, and then by letter this morning.”

He said he was unable to give additional details at that time because he was otherwise engaged, but promised he would prepare a press release to be disseminated as soon as possible.

Condor has held that position for approximately 18 years, having undertaken the role in 1995.
