    ARRESTS

     

    Dexter Huggins of Buckley's was formally charged for the offence of Larceny which was committed on 2nd January 2013, and Burglary which was committed on 25th November 2012.

     

    Quezney Watson of Green Tree Housing was formally charged for the offence of Simple Wounding which was committed on 5th January 2013.

     

    Fitzroy Wilkson of Cotton Ground was formally charged for the offence of Cultivation of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis which were committed on 5th January 2013.

     

    Ishan Huggins of Lodge Project was formally charged for the offences of Threatening Language and Battery, which were committed on 5th January 2013.

     

    Romaine Gibson of Tabernacle Village was formally charged for the offence of Larceny, which was committed between 1st and 2nd January 2013.

     

    Akeem Walters of Nevis Street, Basseterre was formally charged for the offence of Robbery, which was committed on 31st December 2012 at the St. George's Anglican Church.

     

    COURT CONVICTIONS

     

    District "B" Magistrate Court

     

    Mervin Gilbert of Upper Cayon was convicted with the offence of Battery which was committed on 26th October 2012 and fined of $1500.00 which is to be paid by 31st January 2013 or in default will serve thirty days in prison with hard labour.

     

    Bejuan Flemming, Devon Flemming, and Shandy Elliott of Newton Ground, and Targe Fredricks of Bouncing Hill, Sandy point were convicted for the offence of Disorderly Conduct By Fighting, which was committed on 18th September 2012 at the Charles E Mills Secondary School, and were placed on a bond in the sum of $1000.00 for a period of six months to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

     

    Lionel Patrick aka "Roogoodoo" of Dieppe Bay was convicted for the offences of Failing to Produce Insurance and Licence, which were committed on 3rd August 2012 at Old Road Bay and fined of $100.00 on each offence which are to be paid by 31st January 2013 or in default will serve fourteen days in prison with hard labour.

     

    Bruce Coker of Challengers was convicted for the offence of Driving without Seat Belt which was committed on 21st July 2012 at Dieppe Bay, and fined of $100.00 which is to be paid by 31st January 2013 or in default will serve fourteen days in prison with hard labour.

     

     

     

    District "C" Magistrate Court

     

    Kimbo Tyson of Low Street was convicted for offences of Disorderly Conduct By Fighting and Throwing Missiles, which were committed on 22nd June 2012 at V's Courtyard in Charlestown. For Disorderly Conduct By Fighting, he was fined $1500.00 which is to be paid in three months or in default will serve six months in prison with hard labour and for Throwing Missiles charge, he was fined $500.00 which is to be paid in three months or in default will serve six months in prison with hard labour.

     

    Emris Mills of Craddock Road was convicted for offences of Throwing Missiles and Disorderly Conduct By Fighting, which were committed on 22nd June 2012 at V's Courtyard in Charlestown. For Throwing Missiles charge, he was fined $500.00 which is to be paid in one month or in default will serve six months in prison with hard labour and for Disorderly Conduct By Fighting, he was fined $300.00 which is to be paid in three months or in default will serve six months in prison with hard labour.

     

    Frandette Davis of Montserrat Village was convicted for offences of Disorderly Conduct By Fighting and Throwing Missiles, which were committed on 22nd June 2012 at V's Courtyard in Charlestown. For Disorderly Conduct By Fighting charge, he was fined $500.00 which is to be paid to be paid in three months or in default will serve six months in prison with hard labour and for Throwing Missiles charge, he was fined $500.00 which is to be paid in  three months or in default will serve six months in prison with hard labour.

     

    Vernel Francis of Jessups was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 3rd January 2012 at Barnes Ghaut, and fined $800.00 which is to be paid in three months or in default will serve three months in prison with hard labour.

     

    Gervin Lawrence of Zion Village, Gingerland was convicted for offences of Allowing Someone to Drive When They Were Not A Holder of A Driver's Licence and Allowing Someone to Drive Without Insurance, which were committed on 6th November 2012, and was cautioned for all charges.

     

    Anthony Parris of Pot Work was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Due Care and Attention, which was committed on 20th November 2012, and was cautioned
