January 28th, 2013 -- Embraer, a Brazilian aircraft manufacturer, yesterday sold 47 E-175 jets that will be used by American Eagle in regional routes in the US.
The jets will be configured in two classes of service, with capacity for 76 passengers and the the order is worth US$ 2 billions.
World Leader in the jets of 70 to 120 seats, and the third largest aircraft manufacturer behind Boieng and Airbus, Embraer says its E-Jets family is currently used by around 60 airlines from 40 countries.
