Trevin Browne of Jessups Village was formally charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 21st January 2013 at Charlestown.
Leroy Carey of Stapleton Village was formally charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Cannabis With Intent to Supply, which were committed on 22nd January 2013.
A juvenile was formally charged for the offence of Being Armed With An Offensive Weapon to Wit A Machete, which was committed on 22nd January 2013.

COURT CONVICTIONS
Sandy Point Magistrate Court
Nigel Phillip aka Abkin Byran of Lower Bourkes Project, Cleverly Hill,Sandy Point was convicted for offences of Battery on Police, which was committed on 10th January 2011 at Sandy Point Police Station and For Being Found On Enclosed Premises, which was committed on 30th March 2012. He was sentenced to fourteen days imprisonment with hard labour for each charge, to run concurrently.
George Dickenson of Molyneaux was convicted the offences of (1) Taking without the consent of the owner, (2) Driving without due care and attention, and (3) Driving without a valid licence. Which were committed on 20/10/12 at White Gate, St Paul Village. He was sentenced as follows: Taking without the consent of the owner he was fined $600.00, Driving without due care and attention he was fined $400.00, and Driving without a valid licence he was fined $400.00, and the total sum must be paid by 31/1/13 or in default he serve 30 days in prison.
Geron Walters of Ottley's Village was convicted for the offence of Malicious Damage, which was committed on 9th June 2012 and was ordered to pay compensation of $1000.00 to the victim in three months or in default be confined in prison for six weeks.
