ARRESTS
BASSETERE St. Kitts, January 29th 2013 - Ricky Seegobin of Thompson Street, Ponds Pasture was formally charged for the offence of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, which was committed on 26th January 2013.
Rashedi Thomas of Pine Garden, Shadwell Estate was formally charged for the offence of Unlawful Possession of one I-phone, which was committed on 23rd January 2012.
Allister Carey of Saddler's Village was formally charged for the offence of Praedial Larceny, which was committed on 24th January 2013.
Elston Daniel of Cayon was formally charged for the offence of Larceny, which was committed on 13th November 2012.
COURT CONVICTIONS
District B Magistrate's Court
Gary Webster of Parson Village was convicted for the offences of Praedial Larceny and Throwing Missiles which were committed on 28th June 2012 at Parson. For the charge of Praedial Larceny, he was fined $500.00 which is to be paid by 15th February 2013 or in default will serve thirty (30-) days in prison with hard labour, and Throwing Missiles, he was fined $300.00 which is to be paid by 15th February 2013 or in default will serve thirty(30) days in prison with hard labour.
Jason Bradshaw of Parson Ground was convicted for the offence of Throwing Missiles which was committed on 28th June 2012 at Parson, and fined of $300.00 which is to be paid by 15th February 2013 or in default will serve thirty(30) days in prison.
Sheldon Francis of Parsons was convicted for the offences of Praedial Larceny and Assault, which were committed on 28th June 2012 at Parsons. He was fined $500.00 for each charge, which are to be paid by 15th February 2013 or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.
