Basseterre Magistrate's Court
BASSETERRE St. Kitts, February 14th, 2013 - Jermaine Merritt of Central Fiennes Avenue was convicted for the offence of Indecent Language, which was committed on 24th October 2012 at Basseterre Magistrate's Court, and sentenced to one (1) month in prison.
Sandy Point Magistrate's Court
Lenard Williams aka Star of Upper Cayon was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Due Care and Attention, which was committed on 20th August 2012 at Lodge Village, and fined $600.00 which is to be paid by 22nd February 2013 or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.
Vernon Browne of Upper Market Street was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Due Care and Attention which was committed on 11th January 2012 and was fined $600.00 to be paid by 22nd February 2013 or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.
Rubylette Fieulleteau of Ghaut, Sandy Point was convicted for the offence of Indecent Language which was committed on 27th December 2012 at Sandy Point, and fined $300.00 which is to be paid by 28th February 2013 or in default will serve thirty (30) days in prison with hard labour.
