We acknowledged receipt of your letter dated 18 February, 2013 and hand delivered to our office on 19th February 2013 in connection with, inter alia, outstanding monies owed to the St. Pauls Football Club. We note, in your letter, your claim of outstanding monies owed to your club in the amount of Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty Five dollars ($17,885.00).
We assume the discrepancy in words and figures is a typing error on your part. Nonetheless, we wish to inform that our records disclosed an amount due to the St. Pauls Football Club of Five Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars Eastern Caribbean Currency (EC$5,800.00). Please find attached a detailed breakdown of prize monies and payments to St. Pauls Football Club over the period 2010 to 2012 as disclosed in our records.
In the circumstance, we request that you provide us with a detailed breakdown of the amount owed as claimed in your letter. We will be happy to review your claim further once this information is received.
Accordingly, we hereby enclosed our check in the amount of Five Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($5,800.00) representing the final payment of monies due to your club as reflected in our records.

We acknowledged receipt of your letter dated 19 February, 2013 in connection with, inter alia, outstanding monies owed to the Garden Hotspurs Football Club. We note, in your letter, your claim that the SKNFA owes your club “substantial funds”. Your claim did not indicate a specific amount owed to the club and as such is too vague for us to review.
Nonetheless, we wish to inform that our records disclosed quite the contrary; the Garden Hotspurs owes the SKNFA an amount of Six Hundred and Twenty-four Dollars and seventy-three cents ($624.73). Please find attached a detailed breakdown of prize monies and payments to the Garden Hotspurs over the period 2010 to 2012 as disclosed in our records.
