BASSETERRE St. Kitts, February 26th 2013 - Leroy Veira of Cart Path, Sandy Point was formally charged for the offences of Obstruction, Resisting Arrest, Battery on Police, Throwing Missiles and Escaping Lawful Custody which were committed on 20th February 2013.
Justin French of Johnson Road Tabernacle Village was formally charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis which was committed 22/2/13 at Tabernacle Village.
Donnie Isaac of Conaree Village was formally charged for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession With Intent to Supply to Another, which were committed on 24th February 2013.
Vayron Cole aka Shane of Brick Kiln Village was formally charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis With Intent to Supply to Another, which was committed on 22nd February 2013.
Lesroy Truitt of Molyneaux was formally charged for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 22nd February 2013.

DISTRICT A
Dion Bridgewater of Upper Monkey Hill was convicted for the offence of Exposing his person at Parray Village, and was sentenced to three (3) months in prison with hard labour.
