Civil servants attend information and re-registration sessions

    BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, March 4th 2013 (CUOPM) – The series of “Re-registration/Information Sessions” with Civil Servants and Government Auxiliary Employees (GAE’s) continued Monday at the Football Stadium at Warner Park.

     

    Civil servants are meeting the newly appointed Head of the Public Service, Mr. Elvis Newton and the new Acting Financial Secretary, Mrs. Hilary Hazel.

     

    They are also receiving pertinent and relevant information with regard to plan for the modernization of the Civil Service and the re-registration for the upgraded Government Group Health Insurance.

     

    Morning and afternoon sessions are taking place. The morning sessions begin at 8 and the afternoon sessions at 1.

     

    Civil servants are urged to ensure that they complete and take with them the forms provided as well as a certified copy of their birth certificate and social security card. Permanent Secretaries, Heads of Department and Directors can certify the copies.
