Basseterre, St. Kitts - A couple from the Sandy Point Community on St. Kitts is the first winner in the TDC Group of Companies 40th Anniversary raffle.
Mr. Milton and Mrs. Morlene Whittaker are the recipients of a brand new COBY 40” LED Television, after their name was chosen from among over five thousand (5000) entries from across both islands, in the Company’s ruby year long raffle, on Friday 1st March 2013, at TDC the Home and Building Depot, on the Frigate Bay Road.
The state of the art, flat panel, slim line equipment offers crystal-clear full high definition (1920x1080) resolution in a widescreen, cinema-like 16:9 format. It boasts breathtaking brightness and vivid colour contrasts along with audio and video connections, an HDMI cable that connects a blu-ray player, DVD player, gaming system, or cable box for even better sights and sounds. The television also has a built-in high-definition tuner, which enables it to receive high-definition signals.
The draw was witnessed by Mr. Glenville Jeffers (Group Executive Director), Mr. Leon Bass (Assistant General Manager, TDC Home and Building Depot) and overseen by Ms. Atisha Byron of the Internal Audit Department, along with staff of the Client Relations and Marketing Department.
