Basseterre's Magistrate Court
Tristan Fredericks of Lower Monkey Hill was convicted for the offence of Wounding, which was committed on 7th December 2012 and fined $1000.00 compensation to the victim to be paid in three months or in default, be confined in prison for one month.
Charlestown's Magistrate Court
Sean Powell of Brazier Estate was convicted for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Cultivation of Cannabis, which were committed on 9th March 2013 at Brazier Estate. He was fined $2500.00 for Possession of Cannabis, which is to be paid in three (3) months or in default will serve three (3) months in prison, and for Cultivation of Cannabis, he was fined $800.00 which is to be paid in six (6) months or in default will serve three (3) months in prison be confined in prison with hard labour.
Adrian Rawlins of Parson Ground was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 8th March 2013 in Charlestown, and fined $500.00 which is to be paid in one (1) month or in default will serve one (1) month imprisonment with hard labour.
Ryan Challenger of Bath Village was convicted for the offences of Driving Without Insurance and Driving A Vehicle Which Is Not Registered, which were committed on 22nd February 2013 at Long Point. For Driving Without Insurance, he was fined $500.00 to be paid in two (2) months or in default will serve one (1) month in prison with hard labour, and for Driving A Vehicle Which Is Not Registered, he was cautioned.
