BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – THE Big and Beautiful Affair held Friday, last, at Ma Pau on Port Zante had produced lots of fun and excitement for all those who attended the event.
Both male and female attendees to the fete rocked and swayed to the diverse blend of music genres which included Reggae, Dancehall and Hip Hop.
The entertainment lineup included Mad Squad Sounds and Energetic Sounds International, while popular female DJ Sweet Sister Sensia, in her usual style, created a female frenzy as many women took to the middle of the floor and, with their dance moves, complied with the instructions given for some of the songs.
And, of course, many of the females did not shy away from the opportunity to show their versatility and flexibility…party style.
Nicha B performed during Sister Sensia’s segment and dished out tunes like ‘Bounce and Skank’ and ‘Stop Chat People Business’.
Noticeably that night, a male security guard/doorman dressed in civilian clothes was seen gyrating and grooving to the selections blasted by the DJs whilst still doing a good job at his post.
The man’s dancing caught the attention of some patrons who giggled at the sight and mimicked his every move.
Talk about multi-tasking!
On the outside of the club, the Nu Vybes Band International, affectionately hailed as ‘De Sugar Band’, had patrons jamming to tunes like ‘Oxygen’ and ‘One Order’.
