    COURT CONVICTIONS

     

    DISTRICT A MAGISTRATE'S COURT

     

    Chris Liburd of Parray Village was convicted for the offences of Battery and Malicious Damage which were committed on 14 January 2013, and Escaping Lawful Custody which was committed 20 January 2013. He was to pay compensation of $999.60 for the charge of Malicious Damage which is to be paid in two (2) months or in default will serve three (3) months in prison, fined $2000.00 for the charge of Battery which is to be paid in six (6) months or in default will serve six (6) months in prison, and for the charge of Escaping Lawful Custody he was cautioned.

     

    Raphael Liburd of Upper College Street was convicted for the offence of Driving and Using Cell Phone, which was committed on 9th May 2012, and fined $400.00 which is to be paid in two (2) weeks or in default will serve fourteen (14) days in prison.

     

    Adolphus Gumbs of Mattinley Heights was convicted for the offence of Driving Without Wearing Seat Belt, which was committed on 11th June 2012, and fined $200.00 forthwith or in default be serve one (1) month in prison.

     


    Asaph Battice of Bird Rock was convicted for the offence of Quitting Vehicle Without Stopping Engine, which was committed on 13th February 2012 and was ordered to pay $200.00 in one week or in default spend one week in prison.

     

    Livingston Browne of Upper Monkey Hill was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 6th September 2012 at Parray Village, and fined $500.00 which is to be paid in two (2) months or in default will serve one (1) month in prison.

     

    Ceather Carey of Stapleton Village was convicted for the offence of Disorderly Conduct By Making Noise, Battery on Police, Resisting Arrest and Escaping Lawful Custody, which were committed on 6th October 2012. She was fined $600.00 which is to be paid in two (2) months or in default will serve fourteen (14) days in prison for the Battery on Police charged, $120.00 which is to be paid in six (6) months or in default will serve one (1) month in prison for the Resisting Arrest, and Reprimand and Discharged for the Escaping Lawful Custody charge.

     

    Craig Tudoz of Old Road was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis, which was committed on 10th November 2012 at Camps, and cautioned.

     

    Kenesha Ward of Cayon was convicted for the offence of Escaping Lawful Custody at the Strip, Frigate Bay, which was committed on 10th September 2012, and fined $800.00 which is to be paid in two (2) months or in default will serve one (1) month in prison.

     


    Kishana Rawlins of Cayon was convicted for the offences of Obstruction, Indecent Language and Insulting Language, which were committed on 10th September at the Strip, Frigate Bay, and fined $1000.00 which is to be paid in three (3) months or in default will serve two (2) months in prison, and cautioned for Insulting Language and Indecent Language.
